1. Refund Policy

  • All purchases are non-refundable once accessed
  • Refunds are only applicable if payment is deducted but service is not delivered
  • Duplicate payments are eligible for refund

2. Cancellation

  • Cancellation is allowed before accessing the service
  • No cancellation after access begins

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
